An advanced tumbler has the necessary skills to perform a round off back handspring back and a standing series of back handsprings.  In this class they will work towards skills such as layouts, fulls, whips, combination passes, standing backs and other advanced standing tumbling skills.

Cheer 101 (Ages 7-12)

This class is perfect for individuals who wish to get started in cheerleading.  It will cover all of the basics from tumbling, jumping, motion and dance technique.  During each 6-week period attendees will learn a cheer and a dance as well as work on a wide variety of basic tumbling skills.

Cheer 201 (Tryout Prep Class) – Ages 12 and up

Simply Standing

This class is designed to focus on any and all standing tumbling.  Open to all ability levels, from back walkovers to standing backs and even standing twisting skills, each individual will achieve success through drills and spotting.

Tumbling for Tots:
Strength, flexibility, and agility are increased, as our teachers introduce gymnastic skills with the safest spotting techniques and communication through language geared to build self-esteem and confidence.
Relays, more complex games, and beginning sports skills lead to increased strength, enhanced manipulative ability, and improved hand-eye coordination during this 50-minute program.  As always, trampoline time is incorporated in every class.

Flexibility for Flying/Just Jumps:
This class focuses on increasing flexibility for the purpose of extending body positions while flying as well as allowing jump height to increase.  This is accomplished with new stretching techniques and strength and conditioning drills.
